An Italian roulade. Two chicken breasts rolled with mozzarella, fresh garlic, basil, and Prosciutto di Parma, baked and served with our award-winning marinara sauce.

Pollo alla Parmigiana
A golden plump chicken breast covered in marinara sauce, genuine Parmigiano Reggiano and melted mozzarella.

Pollo al Marsala
A golden plump chicken breast sauteed with mushrooms, fresh garlic, and then finished in a marsala wine cream sauce. Served with penne pasta.
